Campogrande gives hospitality in 13 double rooms with private facilities and central heating (air conditionated is also available). The Farm gives to first level : Convolvolo (independent house) 2/3 sleeps with bath, Genziane (independent house) sleeps with bath, Glicine (independent house) portatori di handicap 2/3 sleeps with bath.
Terrazzo: Liberty 2/3 sleeps with bath, Stelle 2/3 sleeps with bath, Rinascimento 2/3 sleeps with bath, Papaveri (independent house) 2/3 sleeps with bath, Nastri 2/3 sleeps with bath, Glicine 2/3 sleeps with bath, Francescana 2/3 sleeps with bath.
Mansarda: Clematis 2/3 sleeps with bath, Viole 2/3 sleeps with bath.

THE FARM
The oil mill is the very core of the agricultural activity at Campogrande. The extra vergin olive oil we produce comes from the "moraiolo" olive groves of the hill-village of Bazzano Superiore where an ancient roman track still joins the valley of Spoleto to the one of the river Nera (Uphill through the park of the Gherardesca stronghold). Cereals, vegetables, hay,corn are also produced, chicken, hens, and a flock of forty sheep and lambs are pasturing in the fields all araund the mansion.

THE SWIMMING-POOL
The mosaic swimming pool of Campogrande is a real jewel 20 mt. large with Roman stair and diving board, a quantity of floating toys are available for children to have fun into the water. You can lay in the sun or simply rest in the cool shadow offered by the park around. The bamboo wood corner is a favourite shelter for rare wild birds whose sounds will delight your stay here.

SURROUNDING AREA
We recommend to visit a less famous part of Umbria: the Valnerina. For all those loving art, nature, slow-food and sports such us free-climbing, deltaflight, rafting, horse-riding and mountain bokes. Castelluccio, a plateau surrounded by mountains of rare beauty, is also worth visiting. More over visit by bike the villages and churches along the Sagrantino-road to Montefalco among these : San Brizio, Castel Ritaldi, Castel San Giovanni one of the left examples of castle on a aquare-plant now restored and visible. Those fond of cycling of horse riding can follow the side path along the river Marroggia and Clitunno and visit the villages and towns on this way that from Spoleto arrive Assisi.
